Our 10-12 week summer internship program is designed to give you a feel for what it would be like to work at Wayfair as a full-time employee. You’ll be assigned real projects and contribute directly to your team’s goals and objectives. Rising seniors eligible.
A six-month, full time experience designed to give you real world experience, aligning you to strategic projects. Start dates are available in January and July each year. Undergraduate, graduate and PhD students are eligible depending on the role.
Our Early Leaders Program is an opportunity for second-year students from diverse communities to join us for a week-long immersive inclusion experience. You’ll join either our tech or business track and will gain exposure to core functional areas of our business, while honing your communication, analytical and leadership skills.

A big project I was tasked with was creating an assortment guide based on multiple factors, such as price, class, and more, to enhance product offerings. One of the program's highlights was the networking opportunities, such as participating in team pod outings and coffee chats, which offered opportunities to gain valuable insights and connect with my colleagues. I strengthened my foundation of business knowledge and learned the most effective tactics that successful e-commerce companies use."

As part of the Personalization Pod under the SMART Analytics team, I dove into exciting projects like A/B testing for email and homepage recommendations. The autonomy to lead high-impact projects from day one was both thrilling and empowering. Your chance to put your best self forward! A recruiter will review your resume for transferable skills against the requirements for the job, as listed in the job description, and relay updates directly to each candidate via email. You should receive initial updates within 3 weeks of applying. Remember, your resume is your first impression when applying for roles.

The time you get to speak with a recruiter to share more about how your experience relates to the role you’re applying for and talk through compensation expectations. Be sure to come prepared to speak about these topics to make the most of your time. Forming a great relationship with your recruiter can really help during the recruitment process. Please note, if you apply for a technology role, you will complete a technical assessment prior to the recruiter screen to ensure you meet the analytical requirements of the role.
First Round
Your opportunity to showcase your transferable skills by working through a real-life scenario of what you may encounter in your daily role here at Wayfair. This gives us an opportunity to understand your thought process, how you work through problems, and how you arrive at decisions.
Final Round
A time to meet with a hiring manager within the department you could be working in. In this stage, we are looking for you to use answer-first communication and walk through specific situations and outcomes from previous work experience, and how it translates to the role you’re applying for.
Our working student program is designed for enrolled university students looking to complement their academic studies with practical experience by working 16-20 hours per week. As a part-time member of a dedicated team, you will gain insights into daily operations and contribute to important projects and goals. Our working student positions are available across various locations in Germany.
Our six-month full-time internship program is designed to help you experience what working as a full-time employee is like. You will be assigned real projects, collaborate with your team, and contribute directly to your team's goals and objectives. We hire interns on a quarterly basis for our corporate offices in Berlin, London, and Galway.
As a full-time employee, you’ll be challenged to solve complex problems and develop solutions to company-wide initiatives. We are looking for analysts and associates who are passionate about technology and e-commerce. We hire aspiring and recent graduates year-round.

"Over the past few months, I’ve expanded my technical skills significantly by taking on challenging tasks, such as setting up Wayfair projects independently and developing CRUD applications. I created a new table in the Continuous Translator's SPDB, developed APIs following best practices, and authored technical specifications for the CT Status Endpoint API.
