Meet Leann Ryan. At Wayfair, she's focused on helping our customers have the best possible shopping experience, and outside of work, Leann continues to help others. She started rescuing dogs 30 years ago and is now placing more than 400 dogs into new homes every year.
"Rescuing dogs has taught me how to be patient, understanding, and compassionate for others. I have learned that a situation is not always what it seems on first impressions. I think this has helped in the Customer Service role as well. I try to look outside the box, put my emotions aside, and come up with a good resolution for everyone."
