Rohit Kaila is the Head of Technology and site leader at Wayfair’s Bengaluru, India Technology Development Center, overseeing the development of retail technology and engineering. Prior to Wayfair, Rohit served as the Vice President of Engineering at Walmart Global Tech India where he led the building of best-in-class technology focused on bringing the physical and digital worlds together. He also worked as the Director of Data and Analytics at Intuit, and the Senior Director of Product and Engineering at Yahoo!. Rohit has a master’s degree in Computers & Electronics Engineering from Rutgers University and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology.
